Focusing Thoughts

"When you do not know how to focus your thoughts effectively, they can become scattered, miscellaneous and fixated on "stuff"-negative notions, toxic relationships
and situations from the past.

I finally learned to live in the present and focus only on what I want rather than what I don't want."

-- Darren L. Johnson

"When we are happy we are better able to react and respond to our environment, which in turns builds more resources. This in turn builds more self-belief, ability and further action and positive emotion."

-- Charlotte Style

"The question should be, is it worth trying to do, not can it be done."

-- Allard Lowenstein
