Learn To Rest But Not Quit

"When we commit, the issue of self-care becomes critical to our vision, and one that is squarely part of our growth. We grow as we go, and one of the main ways we grow is this: How do I hustle and rest? How do I push and pray? How do I run and breathe? We must learn to rest but not quit and to run hard while acknowledging life is all grace."

When You Pitch Your Tent in the Unknown

"The world needs your contribution, even if that contribution feels awfully small right now. I believe that each of us has a responsibility to use what we have been given—and believe me, girl, you have been given a lot—to build a flourishing world. When we take the risk to erase the lines we have drawn around ourselves that keep us comfortable and we pitch our tent in the great unknown, viewing others as extensions of us, we’ll realize something incredible. The solution to the problems we see? It’s not others. It’s us."

Come Out of Isolation

To flourish, we must work with, not against, togetherness, and to prize togetherness, we must come out of isolation and be seen."
