Your Ability To Make Continued Progress

"Your success is dependent on your ability to make continued progress at point after point. Consider the simplicity of running on a treadmill. If the goal is to complete the distance of 26.2 miles and run an entire marathon, that goal becomes easier to realize having already run three miles, reached 10 miles, or even when resorting to reducing your run to a jog or a walk. All the time you are moving, your progress is real."
