Feeling a bit stressed today? Stop what you are doing, close your eyes and breathe. If you are stressed, you will notice your breathing is probably shallow - a condition that both reflects your stress and contributes to it.
Breathe deeply for at least 10 breaths and notice that you've become calmer and more relaxed. Now multiply that one-minute breathing vacation by three...at least three times a day, stop and become aware of your breathing.
Start to restore balance in your life by returning to the most fundamental experience of living...breathe.
