Showing Our Gratitude

"One should always maintain a heart of gratitude and humility.  Do not assume that if you have never asked anyone for help, it means you have never received kindness from others.  Do not assume that your exercising caution in speech and action means you have never brought inconvenience to anybody.  The laws of cause and effect work in very amazing ways, unknowingly we may well have planted seeds of kindness or evil. The mind is a plot of land which relies on our own cultivation.  Seeds of kindness bring good fruits and seeds of evil, bad fruits.  Whether the journey of life is a worthy on, depends on one's cultivation."
