Make Sense of Your Goal in Your Head

"So the dream goal is the aim, but before that there are many midterm goals, which are big achievements but ones I might be able to reach monthly or yearly. But then equally important are those day-to-day goals. It really does help to write those goals down to be able to make sense of them in your head.
