No Matter What Job You Are Doing

"Exercise – no matter what job you are doing, it’s important to exercise and feel physically ready for a challenge.  It makes you feel good and keeps you energized and up for any challenge that lies ahead. Even if the only time you can find to exercise is walking to work, then make that your walk of empowerment. Focus on your breathing and think positive thoughts like, ‘I’m am strong, I am confident.’ Some people prefer to say their mantras quietly out loud. Both ways work, so do the one that is best for you."
